Payment:
- Full payment is required for the dispatch of all products or services from Genewiseme. Credit payment, partial payment, or nonpayment will result in no dispatch.
Delivery Time:
- Products or services will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from the central warehouse in Bengaluru to any location in India.
- Delivery is facilitated by reputed couriers or speed post to ensure the accuracy, good condition, and timely arrival of the purchased items.
Shipping Address:
- Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified during online sign-up or payment.
- Multiple shipping addresses require placing separate orders.
Shipping Days:
- Shipping occurs on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Free Delivery:
- Genewiseme provides free delivery for purchased products and/or services, adhering to its existing shipping policy.
- The “Saliva Sample Collection Kit” under the “Lifetime Genetics Program” is provided free of cost by Genewiseme. However, Genewiseme reserves the right to change its “free shipping policy” at any time without advance notice. Appropriate shipping charges may be levied, as determined from time to time, with intimation on the website and in “Genewiseme News.”
Order Processing:
- Genewiseme endeavors to ship each product within a maximum of 24 working hours, providing a docket number in the “IBO Back Office” for real-time online tracking.
- In rare cases, it may take up to 30 working days to ship an order due to unexpected delays from third-party manufacturers or service providers. In such instances, Genewiseme will notify customers through the website, “Genewiseme News,” email, or telephone, offering the option to wait or choose alternative products. If declined, payments for the unshipped part of the order will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
Product Condition:
- If a product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, customers are advised to refuse delivery and inform the Genewiseme Support Team. Efforts will be made to provide a replacement if eligible, subject to the terms of the return and refund policy.
Invoice and Returns:
- All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice reflecting the price in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.
- Return expenses will be borne by the customer, and the Genewiseme customer redressal committee reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement unless fully satisfied with the refund request.
